As a language coach, I focus on improving your Spanish conversational skills. Whether you are looking to learn vocabulary and grammar, learn Spanish for business and professionals, or improve your Spanish-speaking skills with conversational Spanish lessons, you have come to the right place!
I’m a native Spanish speaker and love to teach! I grew up in New York City in a Dominican household. I spent a lot of my childhood traveling to the Dominican Republic. I have had the opportunity to travel to Europe, including Barcelona, Spain. The world is my classroom.
I have been an adjunct college professor teaching and tutoring all levels of the Spanish language and business courses since 2016. I help students learn vocabulary, understand grammar, hone writing skills, and become proficient in understanding and speaking Spanish for business professionals and everyday interactions.
When I am not teaching, I like spending time with the family, camping, hiking, traveling, photography, cooking, gardening, and practicing Yoga.
My mission is to help professionals and individuals improve their communication skills with the Spanish-speaking community by tailoring Spanish lessons to build a strong foundation and increase confidence in speaking the language.

My professional background
I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Business Administration and professional teaching certifications. I have been a business coach since 2016.
My teaching philosophy is to help students develop a robust understanding and mastery of the language to help them communicate in everyday life. I focus on teaching entrepreneurs at a professional level, and career professionals build confidence to carry a conversation in a business environment. All lessons are customized and focused on your goals.
My teaching style follows active learning, hands-on practice, and an interactively structured but fun environment. Most importantly, incorporating conversations to help develop speaking skills while practicing vocabulary and grammar.
